Reiki is a form of energy healing. When we are feeling stressed, mentally and emotionally drained, or perhaps unwell, our energy channels can become stagnant or blocked. Western, modern-day reiki works with your Chakras to help unblock and cleanse your energy force, giving you a restored and clear mind body and soul.

Reiki infused yoga is predominantly Yin and Restorative focused, a class consisting of supported poses promoting deep relaxation. The teacher will share the beautiful energy healing technique to the class by connecting to reiki and passing it through their hands into the various parts of the body that align with the chakras. Meditation course

A five week course for beginners to introduce you to somatic meditation. In these sessions we will be using simple breathing and body awareness exercises to release stress and create a calm and clear mind.

Joining for the full five weeks will help you to build a consistent meditation practice although the course is designed so you can drop in anytime.

Leave with a greater sense presence, freedom and focus. The techniques can also be applied outside of your meditation practice to bring a sense of ease and mindfulness in daily life.
