In this two-hour session, you’ll move through a series of detoxifying postures designed to stimulate your lymphatic, circulatory, and digestive systems — helping to flush out toxins and restore balance. We’ll begin gently, allowing your body to settle into the warmth before building heat and energy with stronger, more dynamic sequences. Expect to sweat, flow, and release — before sinking into a long, cooling relaxation to soak up the benefits.
