Applies to All Class Passes, Memberships, and Subscriptions at Spirit Mind & Body Studio

By purchasing a pass, membership, or subscription with Spirit Mind & Body Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment & Activation

	•	All memberships and class passes must be paid in full at the time of purchase to activate access.

	•	Start dates begin on the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

	•	Passes and memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the named holder.

2. No Refunds or Credits

	•	All purchases are final. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for unused sessions, non-attendance, changes in circumstances, or change of mind.

	•	In the event of a medical issue or injury that prevents attendance, a temporary freeze or extension may be offered at the studio’s discretion, upon receipt of appropriate documentation.

3. Subscription Cancellation Notice

	•	For rolling monthly subscriptions (such as monthly unlimited memberships), a minimum of 1 calendar month’s notice is required to cancel.

	•	Notice must be given in writing (via email or cancellation request) before your next billing date.

	•	Cancellations made after the billing date will take effect the following month.

4. Private 1:1 Sessions (Where Applicable)

	•	If your pass includes a complimentary private session, it must be used within 3 months of purchase.

	•	Sessions are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

	•	This session has no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

5. Class Access

	•	Passes and memberships include access to mat-based group classes (yoga, Pilates, barre, etc.) only, unless otherwise stated.

	•	Reformer Pilates classes, workshops, and special events are not included unless explicitly stated.

	•	Pre-booking is required for all classes. The studio cannot guarantee class availability without advance booking.

6. Class Cancellations & No-Shows

	•	A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all class bookings.

	•	Late cancellations (within 24 hours of class) may result in the class being deducted from your pass, or for unlimited members, may incur a no-show fee or temporary booking restrictions.

	•	Repeat no-shows or late cancellations may result in a review of your booking access.

7. Timetable Changes & Studio Closures

	•	Spirit Mind & Body Studio reserves the right to update the timetable, instructors, or class styles at any time.

	•	Short-term closures for holidays, staff training, or maintenance will be communicated in advance. These do not entitle members to extensions or refunds.

8. Pass Expiry

	•	Class passes and memberships are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase.

	•	Expired classes cannot be extended, credited, or refunded. It is your responsibility to use your sessions within the validity period.

9. Legal Terms

	•	These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

	•	Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Terms & Conditions 

Classes are always subject to availability but we will always do our best to accommodate you in your chosen class. All payments for classes are accepted by Mind & Body Studio on behalf of the teacher conducting the class. 

All classes must be prepaid and all clients agree to our 1hr notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling. So if you're booked into a class, but miss it or cancel with less than 1 hours' notice, you will be charged for it.

Refunds: All payments are non-refundable or transferable for any reason. The cancellation policy applies to all studio users.

Mind & Body Studio warrants that the products and services will be supplied with reasonable skill and care. 

Statutory Rights and Refunds and Cancellation 

Courses or Special class blocks. The client shall not transfer sessions to any other person or permit them to be used by anyone other than the client. Any assignment, transfer or disposal of courses is at the sole discretion of the owner and may only be permitted in exceptional circumstances.

Class fees may be increased at any time. The proprietor shall give the Clients not less than 14 days notice prior to any such increases. 

We operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy on behalf of our teachers  for private lessons. Any booked sessions must be cancelled within 24 hours, in person or by telephone. When you are purchasing a class you are paying for a class and not an instructor. Instructors are subject to change without notice. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or if you do not turn up for your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee in these circumstances. 

When booking for beginners workshops and courses, cancellations there will be no refunds or transfers unless your place can be filled from a waiting list, in which case we will refund the fee. If a course or workshop is cancelled you will be offered either a cash refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event. 

The rights of cancellation and refund and any limitation expressed in these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Information displayed on the site or in our studio as to pricing and availability is subject to change by Mind & Body Studio without notice. Discounts
