A five week course for beginners to introduce you to somatic meditation. In these sessions we will be using simple breathing and body awareness exercises to release stress and create a calm and clear mind.
Joining for the full five weeks will help you to build a consistent meditation practice although the course is designed so you can drop in anytime.
Leave with a greater sense presence, freedom and focus. The techniques can also be applied outside of your meditation practice to bring a sense of ease and mindfulness in daily life.
